• You will be visiting an island that has been voted the top beach in the world (Conde Naste 2006).
• You will be provided with free transportation to and from the airport.
• You will be greeted and pampered by the Owner who lives on the property to ensure that your unit not only looks good but our staff is friendly and professional. You will receive daily cleaning service to make your vacation more relaxing!
• You will vacation in 1-3 adjacent beach front homes (total of 6 units available for short term vacation rentals built on approximately 3 acres of prime beach front property.
• You will be located directly on the World’s famous Grace Bay Beach within the National Marine Park and will experience Soft white sand, crystal clear turquoise waters of the world famous Grace Bay Beach….You will have a front row seat! Map
• You will be provided beach chairs and beach cabanas for relaxation and comfort at beach.
• Your unit will face the ocean offering amazing views for sunrise breakfast and lazy sunset your private patio.
• You will share a 16x36 in ground pool with loungers for your relaxation poolside. The pool has Fibre Optic Lights for night time swims. “No life guard on Duty!”.
• You will enjoy a regulation size pro-tennis court located on property with a medium to fast playing surface reserved exclusively for the use of our guests!
• You will enjoy a game of volley ball located on property.
• You will experience of the some of the finest snorkeling on island…just steps from your unit.
• You will have use of laundry facilities (washer & clothesline).
• You will have a fully equipped kitchen finding everything you need to prepare you meals.
  You will have air conditioning for night time use and optional day time use also.
• Doctor Sam and his qualified staff providing an On Call Doctors and medical services 24/7 available. There are other medical clinic also available and a hospital on Providenciales.
• You will be just a short distance from grocery stores with full service, bakery, fresh vegetables, meat department and liquor, wine and beer selection.
• Most tour operators will pick you up from our homes or from our beach for you excursions.
